Chipotle Lime Dressing

Whole-Food, Plant-Based (WFPB) dressing adds a nutritious, creamy, zesty & spicy flare to salads, grain bowls etc. Add less water & it makes a great dip! All you need is a high-speed blender such as a VitaMix or Bullet to make the WFPB cashew "cream".
Ingredients:
1 cup Whole-Food, Plant-Based Cashew "Cream"* -
1/4 cup Water, Purified/Filtered
Lime Juice*, Fresh-Squeezed from ~ 4 juicy limes (~ 75-100 grams)
1/4 tsp. Chipotle Chile Spice*, Ground
1/4 tsp Salt
Optional Ingredients:
1-2 Green Onions* (thinly sliced)
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder*
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder*
* Organic
Instructions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix or whisk, transfer to a sealed glass container & store refrigerated for about 1 week.
Yield ~ 13 oz (~400 mL)
Serving Size ~ 2 TB (30 grams)
